Concetto – It’s all in the name.

A Los Angeles-based fast food operator recently came to us in the early stages of creating a new fast-casual Italian concept slated to offer healthy Mediterranean fare. DGD was asked to create the preliminary brand platform for an innovative new entity that would feature gastronomic innovation and quality, and best-of-breed restaurant business acumen to create a growth brand with broad appeal. Creating the name “concetto”, Italian for concept, was the first step. Mindful of the need for a new marque to be scalable, preliminary type studies and emblematic treatments have been done to represent a modern yet classic appeal that will embody the spirit of a neighborhood Italian eatery.
